Interactive, fun, and clean play place for kids of multiple age groups. The large arcade room has many electronic choices too.
The family enjoyed climbing , sliding and exploring this arena immensely! Membership plans for the month are a plus. Check this place out! It a winner
Super fun indoor playground! There’s a little bit of everything for everyone. Recently they’ve added a toddler soft play zone which is perfect for the little ones! There’s an arcade room as well! My kids love it when we come!!! -Courtney Bolger, REALTOR® eXp Realty DRE 02048878
Despite being a little over my budget (we paid $39+ for only 2 kids for 1 hour of play), especially the socks (that must be worn due to company policy - no other grip socks allowed) this place was a fun time! We came on a weekend and it was busy as there was also a party ongoing. Their website provides great layout of space and facility.
The play is run by a bunch of college age students who have no concept of customer service. The place is in disrepair with many of the mats badly worn, little padding, and many seams ripping. Air quality is a concern as HVAC filters were badly crusted with dust. The sock policy should be clearly stated in the admission price, and it seems to be unevenly enforced as there were kids in other playhouse branded socks. The adult policy is even more lax in enforcement as I saw many grandma types in nylons and nylon footies.
The arcade vending machine ran out of cards and staff had no plan to fix or correct. This led to many crying kids in the arcade including mine.
The last straw was the little girl who peed on the big slide instead of asking staff to sanitize it she just wrode down on a sweatshirt to soak up the wetness.
Due to maintenence, sanitation, and incompetwnt management I will not be back.
It's just as it shows online! 3 stories of a padded playground with slides & swings & stairways to the top floor. There's an american ninja course that looked too challenging for my son but kids were all over it & a ball drop zone that was swarming in little. It's caged in so it seems pretty safe. My 8 year old son had a blast! And I have a headache from the noise. Lol. No one slowed down long enough for a good picture but the structure is enormous! Lots of fun!
I have 3 kids playing in jumpity bumpity and we are fairly regular customers. One of the girls wet her socks in the bathroom and stepped all over dirty wet bathroom floor. We didn’t want to spread the icky everywhere, so we had another anti-slip socks to change into. While the kids were playing, 3 staffs at different point approached my kids and asked them to get jumpity bumpity socks and 3 times we explained what had happened and if they would replace the socks, for which they wanted us to buy new socks. 3rd time was the charm, my kids are scared of that staff asking them again and again to get their socks and now they refused to go back in because of the harassment from these staffs. This last staff that I spoke to, his name was Reed, working at Fairfield jumpity bumpity was so rude, not budging, not having any sense other than the company’s policy. I wanna just vent it out here and I will lodge a formal complain for harassment along with this review.
Such a fun place for kids! Indoor climbing structure, slides, arcade, ball science area. There's a ninja warrior course for older kids and a separate play space for the 0-3 crowd, plus a birthday party space!
Ja'Liyah Royal Blessings 3rd Birthday. My overall experience as far as the kids, they had fun But what we were charged was not OK.
